Train At Your Level

Real boxing technique, smart conditioning, and close coaching. Beginner-friendly — sparring is optional and supervised.

Adults — Group Boxing (45’)

What’s included

  • Fundamentals: stance, footwork, combinations, and defense
  • Heavy bag rounds + functional conditioning
  • Real-time corrections from coaches
  • Leveled progressions so you advance safely

Essentials

  • No mandatory contact. Sparring only if you want it.
  • Arrive 10 min early (wraps/gloves available)
  • Bring water and a towel

 

Goal: improve technique, conditioning, and confidence without pressure to compete.

Youth (5–17)

Discipline. Empowerment. Legacy. Community. We train the whole person — not just the punch.

 

Age tracks (30’)

  • Little Champs (5–7): motor skills, stance, and fun
  • Junior Boxers (8–11): fundamentals and discipline
  • Future Champs (12–17): technique, conditioning, and character

Program goals

  • Confidence, discipline, and respect
  • Healthy habits and teamwork
  • Clear progressions for each stage

 

Sparring is optional, always coach-supervised, with proper protective gear.

Personal Training (1:1)

Focus areas

  • Refined technique and targeted corrections
  • High-impact (safe) conditioning
  • Competition prep (if applicable)

Weekly Class Program

Class Times: Mon–Fri: 5 AM, 9 AM, 12 PM, 4:30 PM, 6:30 PM • Sat: 9 AM

Tech Tuesday

– Master stance, guard, and footwork

– Break down punches and combos

– Build skill and confidence

Warrior Wednesday

– Heavy bag drills

– Weight training

– Power and boxing fundamentals

Train Like a Champ Thursday

– High-energy circuit training

– Push stamina and endurance

– Champion-level discipline

Fury Friday

– Footwork and reaction drills

– Quick-strike punch combos

– Develop speed and reflexes

Box Camp Saturday

– Hardcore bootcamp style

– Mental and physical tests

– End the week with grit
